Fees 

Standard Fees 

The standard fee for services is $75.00 per hour*. Fees are applied to all time expended in any and all professional activities, including administrative matters. This includes time spent reviewing documents and correspondence, voice-mail and email, travel, meetings and telephone calls with the parents, their counsel and other professionals involved.  This also includes disbursements paid to collateral sources for verbal and/or written reports and agency/hospital reports. Fees will be applied to time required for deliberation and writing of memos and arbitrated decisions.

Sliding Fee Scale

Our services are family/child focused.  As such, we will not turn any family away due to limited financial resources.  We offer fees on a sliding fee scale which can be discussed during the first session.

*Unless alternate arrangements have been made, fees are shared equally between the parties.
